In your opinion, what is the best way to get over trauma? Why?
In my opinion, the best way to get over trauma is by talking about what is causing the trauma kind of like how a psychiatrist would. I think this is the best way since when people talk about what is troubling them, they get used to hearing about it and eventually the trauma will go away. They should talk about it and experience a little bit of it like if they are traumatized form drowning, they should get used to climbing into a pool or swimming. This is a good way for them to overcome fear and get over trauma.
