When you look at the Arpilleras work, do you think that they count as acts of revolution and rebellion? Do they count as voice? Why/ why not?

When I look at the Arpilleras work, I think they do count as acts of revolution and rebellion. I think this since there is a lot of symbolism in this art and it is easier to show someone something than to tell them. I think this counts as voice since a picture tells a thousand words.
